Lawrence Julius Taylor

Lawrence Julius Taylor was a well known all American football player.Taylor was asked whats makes him different from any linebacker he said his drinking and we all know that he was no talking about water. In 1987 Taylor tested positive for cocaine and after failing the drug test for the second he got suspended for 30 days. In 1988 Taylor decided that he would stop using drugs he felt that his career is more important and stop using drugs for five years because a third positive drug test would end his career for good. In 1995 Taylor was arrested for several times because of his attempts of buying cocaine by undercover officers. After his retirement Taylor used drugs on a regular basis. You know at the end of each blog at least one of them changed their life around for the better but this guy did not even try to made a change he just got worse and worse as the years.. wow

now this is a crazy one

oh boy almost there...Marshall Bruce Mathers III better known as Eminem or slim shady got his stardom in 1999. Where unleashed his album "The slim Shady LP" that won a Grammy for best rap album. Which right behind came his second album was the fastest selling album in hip hop history "The Marshall Mathers Lp" which helped him get his own recorded labeled and help get his group D12 in the famous world. In 2002 Mathers won two awards one for his self titled showed "The Eminem show" and another Academy Award for best original song for 8 mile. In 1998 according to billboards magazine Marshall way through music was the only way he could escape from the hell whole he called life. In 2002 a group member from D12 "proof" stated that Mathers stop using drugs but a checked up showed that Mathers did depend on sleeping pills to help him ease his way to sleep without the pain. In 2005 Mathers signed himself into rehab stating that he was glad he did so because he had thoughts of killing himself "i just wasn't taking care of myself, at times i just wanted to gave up". And like others that realized that life is just to sweet and all you have to do is treat it right and it will do the same to you. Mathers state that rap is his drug now.

i guess it runs in the family

Daniel Smith son of Anna Nicole Smith at the age of 16 he was featured on his mother showed 2002-2004 but during the second season of the show he admitted that he didn't want to be apart of it anymore. told by his mother that he was a straight a student and attending classes in Los Angeles Valley College. The summer of 2006 Smith was working a associate producer project along with his mother. After giving birth to his sister Daniel later died of a overdosed of Methadone and escitalopram Daniel died while in the hospital room from seeing his new born and mother in Nassau  in the Bahamas. I guess what they say is true like mother like daughter the only difference this time is like mother like son and it really does run in the family. Lets just pray this time that the little girl doesn't pick up their bad habits

doo doo Brown

Robert Barisford also known as Bobby Brown well known for his song writing and crazy dance moves. Brown started his solo career in 1987 with a line of billboards top 10 hits along with a Grammy from his his album and hit "My prerogative". Brown big break started a the tender age of 11 with a group called New Edition making hits like "Mr. Telephone man", "Cool it Now" and "Candy Girl" just to name a few. But like everyone figured the group would not last for many years Brown hop in and out of the group not know what he wanted to do. After several years brown finally made it official and made an solo album called "king of stage" in 1986 even though it had many hits brown's second album is what really made him get to stardom. Recording with producers like L.A Reid, Teddy Riley and Babyface just to name a few. It seemed like 1990 and straight through went down hill for Brown with the use of drugs and being charged with abusing his ex wife Whitney. In 2003 through 2004 Brown was arrested and had an misdemeanor for striking Houston while under the influence and in late 2007 Houston filed for a divorced and got custody of their then 14 year old daughter. Sometimes the industries can make you big but make you feel small at the same time but what's the point of being happy if you have nobody to share it with.

what's the 411..

Mary J Blige was taught by her father to sing who abuse her mother and by the time Blige was four her father left. at the tender age of five Blige was sexually abusive by a family friend and by the time she was almost finish in high school she dropped out. Blige big break came when she was in the local mall singing one of Anita Baker hits "Caught up in he Rapture" and her steph father played the cassette for Jeff Redd a recording artist for Uptowns Records. In 1989 Blige was signed to the label becoming their first youngest and first female to ever be signed to the recording label. Between the years off 1994-1998 Blige made hit after hit making number one hits across he billboards and making appearances on many shows. But it was not until the late 90's where Blige announced she was at the same time dealing with long time use of drug addiction, alcoholism, and depression. Also being abuse by her boyfriend K-CI Hailey of Jodeci. Later that year she won a Grammy for the sound track Waiting to Exhale for the song "No Gon' Cry" along with other platinum hits. Growing up Blige face with many obstacles that she has over come for the better. Being abusive by drugs and love one has made Blige an stronger and wiser person.

This goes to show that you can have all the money and be know all the people in the world but if you feel alone and unhappy it can take a whole negative effect on you.

ice ice baby

Robert Matthew Van Winkle also known as Vanilla ice signed to Ichiban Records but later moving over to SBK Records in 1989 ice ice baby was his first billboards chart adding to the diversify of black and white hip hop. Later wishing that he would have never signed onto SBK Records that leaked personal information without his knowledge after surviving a suicide drug overdoes. Sometimes its not just drugs that can get to you its that people that you work with that make you want to turn to drugs so you can get an easy way out of all the problem an out of life. But either way there is always a come up to ever down fall and the come up could be bad or it could be good its whatever you want it to be.

Even though Van Winkle had his bad times with the famous world he didn't dewl on and make it become bad habit that he could not get rid of.Vanilla Ice turned it into something positive and changed his life around for the better.

I guess Van Winkle witnessing near death made him appreciate life way more because it inspired him to do better in his musical field and his life style. Making hits like hard to swallow and bi-polar just to name a few. In 2000 Van Winkle made a decision to go independent making his first solo album skabz. In 2004 Van Winkle made appearance on two VH1 shows The reality television and The surreal life.In 2005 Van Winkle released his fifth album Platinum Underground.
